How long do orders take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery depends on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the UK. Contact us to enquire about international orders.
Can I place custom orders?
Yes! Some items can be customised. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time through the carrier's website.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will investigate and either send a replacement or issue a full refund. Return shipping will be covered by us for damaged items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned within 14 days.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We are working on adding gift wrapping options. For now, please contact us if you'd like to discuss a custom gift wrapping arrangement.
How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?
Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Simply click that link to be removed from our mailing list. You can also contact us to manage your preferences.
Can I return an item if I've changed my mind?
Yes! You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition. See our Returns Policy for full details and conditions.
Do you have a physical store?
Aunty Suzy is currently online-only. We ship throughout the UK. We're exploring pop-up events and markets, so follow us for updates!
