Labneh is a traditional soft cheese that is commonly prepared in Arab households by hanging whole milk yogurt in muslin until it is thick and creamy. It is preserved with the addition of salt and stored in oil. The labneh balls are commonly served at breakfast or as a snack spread in some bread. They make a great addition to any meal. This labneh is tangy, salty and is flavoured with mint. Suitable for vegetarians.
